Are you looking for something to do this summer that is both fun and safe? With “Safer at Home” guidelines still in place, summer 2020 is looking very different for most Colorado families. Fear not, however, as towns and businesses alike are working hard to come up with new activities and attractions, including the City of Loveland and their all-new pop-up drive-in theater:
Located at the Outlets at Loveland is the all-new Loveland Drive-In, a "Pop-Up Drive-In Safe Social Event."
Taking place in June and July 2020, the Loveland Drive-In is open Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with 3 showings a day (9 a.m., 5 p.m., and 8 p.m.) and one movie per showing.
Thanks to LED technology, moviegoers can enjoy a crystal-clear picture during daylight hours!

While the selection changes weekly, the themes remain the same, with family-friendly movies (Rated G or PG) screened in the morning and afternoon, followed by a PG-13 screening in the evening.
Admission to the Loveland Drive-In is a pay-what-you-can donation, all of which goes to the Thompson Education Foundation, a "nonprofit organization dedicated to providing exceptional educational opportunities for students and teachers in Thompson School District."
In addition to the movie itself, the Loveland Drive-In also hosts several local food trucks, including The Good Taste (El Sabor Rico), Salty Dog Sausage Co., Heaven's Choice Popcorn, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, and the Sweaty Moose.
