Located in Denver, the SAME Cafe is Colorado's first-ever nonprofit restaurant and has served as a model for other like-minded restaurants around the country.

Opened in 2006, the SAME Cafe is "Creating Community Through Access to Healthy Food," which they do by allowing their patrons to pay what they can for a healthy and mostly organic meal.
