Seeing as though I am from Colorado, I may just be a tad biased, but… I just so happen to think that the Centennial State has some of the best cuisine in the world. If you beg to differ—or have never had the pleasure of trying one of our many unique establishments—try these iconic dishes from one of the 11 oldest restaurants in the state:
