Are you a foodie at heart who is always hungry to try something new and delicious? If so, let me introduce you to the novel concept of a food hall (a “large section of a department store, where food and drinks are sold”). While food halls are famous in the U.K., they are still a newer thing for Colorado, which is why we were thrilled to learn about the all-new Carter Payne:
Located in Colorado Springs, Carter Payne is a brand-new dining establishment housed in one of the city's most historic buildings.
Billed for being a "place for gathering, featuring multiple vendors under one gorgeous roof," Carter Payne is located in the old Payne Chapel AME Church, which was built in 1897 and inspired half of the food hall's name.
The other half of Carter Payne comes from the founders, the Carter Brothers.

What can you expect to find at Carter Payne? As you may have guessed, this food hall is home to several food and drink vendors, including Immerse Cuisine (Upscale Bar Food meets Farm to Table) and Local Relic (local craft beer).
No matter what you decide to order at Carter Payne, you are guaranteed only the best food and drink selection at this innovative Southern Colorado gem.
