The Flagstaff House has been owned by the Monette family since 1971, and three generations of the family have contributed to the restaurant's success. Expect to find excellent service up here on Flagstaff Mountain, at an elevation of 6,000 feet.
The wine list here is as impressive as the view. You'll find more than 16,000 bottles to choose from. It's easy to see why Flagstaff House receives the Wine Spectator Grand Award every year.
The three-course menu is highly recommended. Enjoy creative first course choices like this crisp wagyu dumpling with marinated napa cabbage, cilantro, and basil.
Third courses might include everything from Filet Mignon to Baby Carrot Risotto to Alaskan King Salmon. Each dish is created with in-season ingredients, so expect the menu to be different almost every time you visit.
