While I love staying anywhere that is clean and comfortable, I also love staying somewhere with a lot of character, which is why I was thrilled to discover this iconic Colorado motel that hasn’t changed much in the last six decades:

Located in Steamboat Springs is the easy-to-recognize Rabbit Ears Motel, which features the famous pink rabbit that greets visitors at the entrance of Old Town, just as it has since 1952.

In addition to its wonderful accommodations and amenities, the Rabbit Ears is also a short walk away from beautiful downtown, which is why they joke that "Either they built Steamboat around our motel, or our motel was conveniently built in the center of all the action."
