Colorado farmers’ market season will be over before we know it, but there is still time to get out and enjoy the fruits (and vegetables!) of many local farmers’ labor. While we love almost every market here in Colorado, there is one that stands out as being one of the most unique, which is this western Colorado market that is the very definition of a hidden gem:
Running from mid-June through October is the Kokopelli Farm Market, which promises a little something for everyone.
Located in Palisade, the Kokopelli Farm Market is a family-owned and operated shop that originated in 1991 when the founding Harrison family began growing an assortment of different organic fruits.
While the Harrison family orchards are still thriving, they now also run a shop that sells not only their fresh fruits but also local preserves and sauces...
...homemade beauty products and home decor...
...seasonal products, baked goods, and a whole lot more.
For a full list of their unique offerings, please visit Kokopelli Farm Market's
website .
Have you ever had a cold drink or homemade ice cream at a farmers' market? At Kokopelli's, you can!
In addition to their stand-alone shop, Kokopelli Farm products can be found at other local farmers' markets, so keep your eyes peeled wherever you shop.
Trust us: you haven't lived until you have tried one of their fried peach pies.
Kokopelli Farm Market is open every day from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Address: 952 I-70, Palisade, CO 81526
