Located in Larkspur, Fruition Farms is a small dairy farm and creamery that was purchased in 2009 by up-and-coming Denver chef Alex Seidel. Seidel’s vision in purchasing the 10-acre farm was to grow the produce for his popular Fruition Restaurant, which soon expanded once he and business partner Jimmy Warren purchased 40 sheep and a ram in order to begin making their own cheeses. Today, Fruition Farms is the producer of three different kinds of creamy sheep’s milk cheeses and offers the community with such unique events as special dinners, classes, and — yes — even tours.
