This Garden Restaurant In Colorado Is A Lovely Place To Dine

If you want to spend a lovely afternoon dining among plants and flowers, then you’ll love having a relaxing meal at Hive Garden Bistro in Denver Botanic Gardens. This spot offers great food in an enchanting atmosphere and you should plan to include a visit to it during any visit you make to this lovely botanic garden. I’m a huge fan of Denver Botanic Gardens and always make a point to stop at Hive Garden Bistro when I visit. Read on to learn more about this unique and lovely garden restaurant.

Denver Botanic Gardens is spectacular! This 23-acre botanic garden first opened in 1951 and is in the heart of the city.

You'll be amazed at the beauty in this garden and even more so at the vast number of different and beautiful landscaped mini-gardens within it.

The gardens has two restaurants within it. Offshoots Cafe is near the entrance and main visitor center and is very nice, but Hive Garden Bistro is in the middle of the gardens and offers great food and great views.

Hive Garden Bistro is the perfect place to stop for lunch during your visit. It offers counter service and outdoor seating.

The menu includes a variety of seasonal fare. Many of the ingredients in the items served here are sourced from within the gardens and from the farm at the Chatfield Farms Denver Botanic Gardens location in Littleton.

You can relax in the shade under this pergola.

The menu includes items like beautiful and tasty salads like this one.

A burger and sweet potato fries is another excellent choice.

There are even personal pizzas on the menu.

The sandwiches served at Hive Garden Bistro are quite good, too.

You'll love enjoying your lunch while surrounded by the beauty of the botanic gardens.

Hive Garden Bistro is located right on the edge of the incredible Monet Pool, so you can gaze at it while you dine.

When you’re finished with your meal, you can continue to explore and enjoy everything that Denver Botanic Gardens has to offer. Hive Garden Bistro is a very special place to eat and you’re going to love it!
