The aptly-named Ultimate Buffet is hiding out in Colorado Springs, and if you have yet to visit, you’re in for a treat.

While the word "buffet" conjures up less-than-appetizing thoughts for many people, Ultimate Buffet is NOT your average buffet. This eatery is actually quite upscale, with a chic, ultra-modern dining room featuring Asian-inspired decor and funky lights.
