The Flagstaff House was originally built as a cabin retreat in 1929 and later transformed into an elegant summer restaurant in 1954. Restauranteur Don Monette purchased the restaurant and property in 1971 and gave it an extensive and fabulous facelift. Today this incredibly delicious eatery sits on five lovely acres and offers a truly unforgettable dining experience for all.

Flagstaff House is located at 1138 Flagstaff Road, just five minutes from downtown Boulder.
The restaurant is open for dinner Sunday through Friday from 6pm to 10pm, and it opens at 5pm on Saturday. They prefer to keep a business casual dress code, including collared shirts, casual pants, slacks, skirts and dresses (no shorts, T-shirts, or athletic attire).
