A Trip To This Awesome Farmers Market In Denver Will Make Your Weekend Complete

Here in the Denver area, many are anticipating the tastes of local produce that will be available soon at farmers markets throughout the city. One in particular takes visitors’ experience a step further by offering a chef’s demo booth and a “mixology” program. The Denver Union Station is home to a farmers market that definitely caters to the Mile High City crowd and you’re definitely going to want to check it out this season.
Found on the plaza of Denver's Union Station (1701 Wynkoop St.), this popular farmers market usually begins in June, but many will be happy to hear that they are opening earlier this year with a start date of May 12, 2018.
Each Saturday (through October 22, 2018), the Union Station Farmers Market will be open for your perusing from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m.
Chefs from local restaurants will demonstrate techniques for cooking with various fresh market ingredients from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. each Saturday.
Those in attendance will be able to go home with new, creative ways to prepare produce in their very own kitchens.
This market, which offers fresh local farm produce and provisions, is one of Boulder County's Farmers Markets.
The Boulder County Farmers Markets have been serving the community in this way since 1987 and have recently grown to 5 locations across Colorado.
In addition to the impressive selection of farm fresh fruits and veggies at the Union Station Farmers Market, there are also vendors offering locally produced meat, dairy, and prepared goods including coffee, sauces, and baked goods.
