The iconic 28 foot-tall cream can found in the Highlands neighborhood of Denver and often has a long line trailing from it as people flock to get a scoop of the hand-made ice cream from Little Man. Well, that line might be getting a little bit shorter as the company grows with a new production facility/tasting room and a few sister locations in the works.
Customers have enjoyed a taste of nostalgia from the main Little Man shop since 2008.
Employees of Little Man wear vintage uniforms as they offer scoops of ice cream made with the finest, local ingredients. They also feature fountain sodas, floats, malts, shakes, and more. During the winter months, they even cook up batches of soup made from scratch daily. This Denver landmark can be found at 2620 16th St. in Denver, CO 80211.
Little man has produced their ice cream in small batches in a small Victorian home just up the street from their "milk can" location since its opening.
Due to their popularity, Little Man is opening a brand new ice cream production facility to meet the current production needs as well as the future company growth.

This 7,000 square foot space will begin production in the kitchen at the start of 2018.
In the middle of 2018, they hope to open their doors to the public to visit and see the ice cream production process first hand. As a nod to Colorado's love for brewery tours and tasting rooms, this "Microbatch Creamery" will follow suit with factory tours and ice cream flights when it opens. This facility can be found a block from Sloan's lake at the corner of Colfax and Tennyson.

This classically-inspired confectionary looks like an old fashioned soda fountain and serves up scratch-made treats including handmade chocolate truffles in addition to unique ice cream flavors.
This 354 square foot walk-up kiosk and patio will pay homage to the distinct history of the Stapleton area with a prominately featured 75-foot replica airplane wing hanging overhead. Constellation is aptly named after the Lockhead Constellation, a mid-20th century passenger plane.
Also in the works is a Fort Collins location named “Churn” that will find its home in a massive replica of an ice cream churn.
