Bacon… is there anything on this earth quite like a piece of this salty, crispy, and cured perfection? The answer is — of course — no, and fortunately for us Denverites, we have a place to go to get our fix, thanks to this bacon-themed restaurant that is everything you’ve dreamed of (and more):
Located in Denver's hip Stapleton neighborhood lies what is quite possibly the most savory restaurant in the Mile High City: the iconic Berkshire.
Opened in 2007 after owner Andy Ganick's epiphany ("You know what I’m gonna do? Open a bacon restaurant."), the Berkshire is dedicated to all things bacon and features both a pig-inspired decor...
...and a KILLER menu consisting of Kobe Beef Sliders (with bacon)...
...Bacon Pancakes...
...Bacon Flights (featuring 4 different kinds of bacon)...
...and even a Bacon Sticky Toffee Pudding.
No; we are not kidding.
The Berkshire is located at 7352 29th Ave in Denver and is open Monday through Thursday from 11 am to 10 pm, Fridays from 11 am to 11 pm, Saturdays from 9 am to 11 pm, and Sundays from 9 am to 10 pm. For more information on the Berkshire, please visit their website .
