There's A Mac And Cheese Themed Restaurant Near Denver And It's As Amazing As It Sounds
Remember when you were a kid and wanted to eat nothing but mac and cheese? Remember when you grew up, went off to college, and couldn’t afford to eat anything but mac and cheese? Now that you are an adult, you still love mac and cheese, right? No matter what stage of life you are in, you are guaranteed to love this mac and cheese themed restaurant near Denver that is every bit as amazing as it sounds:
Located in Fort Collins is the recently opened (as in a few weeks ago!) Mac’d Up; a fast-casual joint that serves a “truly jacked cheese flavor” atop your choice of fresh pasta or fries! Boasting such creative and “Mac’d Up Masterpieces” as their Green Chile Huevos (House cheese sauce with creamy gouda and smoked gruyere green chili, hickory smoked bacon, fried tortilla strips and topped with a sunny side up egg), Boston Crab Cake (Creamy asiago fontina tossed with sautéed onion, celery, seasonings, and a crab cake topped with parsley), and Havana Club (Creamy white asiago cheese sauce with roasted pulled pork, mojo onions, a drizzle of mustard aioli, and topped with fried pickles), Mac’d Up truly has a flavor for everyone. In addition to *just* their mac and cheese, Mac’d Up also offers a few “Mac-less Specialties” as well as salads and a tantalizing drink menu.
Mac’d Up is located at 2638 S Timberline Rd in Fort Collins and is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 am to 9 pm, and on Fridays and Saturdays from 11 am to 10 pm. For more information on Mac’d Up’s menu, please visit their website.
