It's no secret that we Denverites love all sorts of meats "from the prairie to the forest," as they say at the Fort, which has been serving game and other Old West delicacies since 1963. One of their most popular dishes (seen here) is the Fort Game Plate, featuring a bone-in elk chop, buffalo sirloin medallion, and a grilled teriyaki quail. Oink, oink!
