Salads offered here are the perfect start to your dining experience. For exaple, this Fall Mizuna Salad is a delightful medley of herb-marinated fennel, smoky burnt orange supremes, parmesan crisps, and champagne vinaigrette. Wow!
Tempura fried green beans are a simple but impressive appetizer. They're served with a black garlic shoyu teriyaki sauce and a chili crunch oil on top.
