This House In Colorado Made Entirely Of Beer Cans Is Beyond Crazy

Remember when you were in college and had a trash can full of empty Coors Light cans by the end of each weekend? Did you ever look at them and think to yourself that you could do something with them besides recycling and hopefully getting some extra beer money? One Colorado man did just that and the result is beyond crazy:
Welcome to Antonito; the small and southern Colorado town that is home to the historic Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad, gorgeous San Luis Valley, and...
...(err, innovative?) Cano's Castle.
Described by Atlas Obscura as being "Gleaming self-built castle towers made from beer cans," Cano's Castle is just that, albeit mixed in with a few more materials like...
...hubcaps...
...and other random recyclables that make up the castle's four parts (nicknamed the king, queen, palace, and rook).
Constructed by Vietnam veteran Donald Espinoza, the castle was inspired by both cannabis and Jesus, as well as the fact that he made it home safely from war.
(Despite having built and funded the castle all on his own, Espinoza does not even live in the home, as he reserves the elaborate structure for Jesus alone.)
The builder actually lives in a modest trailer across the street.
Cano’s Castle is located at the corners of State Street & E 10th Avenue in Antonito (and is easy to spot for obvious reasons).
