It’s sometimes hard to find them, though, which is why we want to tell you about one right now that we know you’re going to love. Taco Uprising opened on June 3rd of this year, and it’s a huge hit. This spot in Five Points makes incredible tacos and fantastic cocktails, and it’s a great place to hang out, too. Read on to learn more about it.
Taco Uprising is a lively and lovely taqueria on Welton Street in Five Points.
You might even stop in on the way to work, because the breakfast tacos served here are epic. This Bacon Taco is made with all-natural bacon, scrambled eggs, homestyle potatoes, cheese and salsa verde.
The Early Bird Taco featues breaded buttermilk fried chicken tender, scrambled eggs, chorizo gravy, and chives. It's a wonderful way to start your morning.
This Birria Taco will make you mouth water. It's stuffed with Mexican adobo beef stew, Chihuahua cheese, cilantro, onion, and comes with with consommé to dip.
