Rocky Mountain National Park is fantastic! In my opinion, it’s one of the very best national parks in the entire country, and I’m not just saying that because I live in Colorado – it truly is spectacular in so many ways. Just this month, it got a little better and more accessible for everyone thanks to the completion of the renovation of the boardwalk trail around Sprague Lake. There was an existing boardwalk trail around this iconic lake, but it was run down and falling apart for decades. Work on the new boardwalk began this summer and was completed this fall. Read on to learn more about it.
