If you hail from the great Centennial State, you may be like me and think you have seen and done everything there is to see and do around Colorado, right? That’s what I thought, too, but there is still much more to explore, dear friend, especially when it comes to our food scene! Case in point: The quirky Canon City Bikes and Brews, which may be the most “Colorado” place that you will ever visit:
Located in Cañon City, the Cañon City Bikes and Brews is a Colorado restaurant specializing in food and, well, bikes and brews!
"Brought to fruition through hard work and great support from our family and friends," Cañon City Bikes and Brews is the longtime dream of owners Kirk and Mayra Anderson, who have created a one-of-a-kind oasis for their patrons.
Housed in a historic 1878 building that once served as H.I. Jordan's General Store, Cañon City Bikes and Brews is adorned in bikes galore with a modern and industrial hint.
While the friendly staff and fun ambiance are reason enough to visit this Cañon City institution, you will be happy to hear that Bikes and Brews also offers an extensive menu of beer and wine, ranging from domestic to hard-to-find crafts.
Cañon City Bikes and Brews is open Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m., Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
