You might not know where Stratton, Colorado is, but it's right off I-70! You'll find this very small town of about 700 residents about halfway between Limon and the Kansas border. In Stratton, you'll find Handi's.

Handi's is a small, unassuming restaurant that you might not think much of when driving by. Even when you step inside, it's pleasant, but it doesn't seem like anything fancy, really.

However, if you know - you know. Handi's serves up some of the best burgers in the state. It's absolutely worth a stop.

Handi's has a lot of different things on its menu. You can get appetizers, salads, a variety of sandwiches, and ice cream.
