Governor Hutchinson will deliver a special Chanukah message and light the menorah at this public lighting ceremony on the corner of Chenal and Bowman. Enjoy coffee, doughnuts, latkes and Chanukah gelt. Chanukah Thursday, December 29th at 5:30 p.m. Then, stop by every night of Chanukah (Saturday 6:30 p.m.; Sunday - Thursday 5:30 p.m.; Friday 3:30 p.m.).

This year, the Ozark Mountain Music Festival kicks off on January 19th and runs through the 22nd. You'll enjoy bands playing bluegrass, folk and good old American Roots music. You won't believe the lineup of talented artists at this festival! Thursday is All Gospel Night - Friday and Saturday, you'll enjoy a mix of gospel and bluegrass. The festival is held at the Ozark Folk Center, 1032 Park Avenue, Mountain View.

The movie "The Bootlegger" was filmed in this little town, and every year the town celebrates with a festival. Enjoy music and screenings of the movie. The festival is held on Calico Rock's Main Street from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
