It’s ironic that this Arkansas gem is called Skinny J’s because there ain’t nothing skinny about the food. The portion sizes are massive, and the menu items have some fun and wild names. Though this unique eatery might have the wackiest menu in Arkansas, the food is finger lickin’ good. So, are you ready to experience this unique and wacky fare?
With four locations, one in Jonesboro, Paragould, North Little Rock, and Conway, Skinny J’s has been serving up delicious meals for almost 10 years.
This family-owned eatery is known for its steaks and burgers, but also for its fun atmosphere. With a tagline of "not your average steak and burger joint," you’re surely in for a treat.
At certain locations, you’ll enjoy events like live music, trivia, karaoke, and more. As you can already tell, Skinny J’s is unlike the other steak joints in Arkansas.
While the Reuben is only an appetizer, how about something heartier like the Juicy J? It’s pepperjack grilled cheese with a burger patty, topped with chicken mushroom, peppers, queso and more.
One bite and you’ll never want to eat just a regular BLT ever again.
But if you want something a bit lighter, check out the oyster bar. The slap yo mama oysters topped with jalapeno, sriracha, bacon, and cheese will have you slapping your mama for real.
Not only does the regular menu have wacky selections, but the brunch menu doesn’t disappoint. And with choices like the vaccination, S.O.S, and the belly thumper, you’ll find something that you will enjoy.
