Finding good pie is easy as pie! All you have to do is head to small town Arkansas, which is where Charlotte’s Eats and Sweets is located. Like most small town spots, it’s a local favorite, but it’s not just locals who love the pie served up at Charlotte’s Eats and Sweets. Throughout the decades, the pie has received countless accolades, including being named “one of the top pies in the South” by Southern Living.
In the tiny town of Keo, you’ll find less than 200 residents and…some of the best pie in the South!
The rural locale certainly hasn’t stopped people from visiting. Crowds typically start gathering around the front door just before the eatery opens – and yes, they’re all there for the pie!
Over the decades, the pies have been recognized by several media outlets, including Southern Living, which named the coconut pie one of the top pies in the South.
It’s not the toppings that make the sandwich so tasty, though. It’s the fact that the bread is dipped in parmesan garlic cream and then grilled to perfection.
