When it comes to the pies, it’s hard to say what the best part is – the crust or the filling. Thin, savory, rich, and brittle in all the right ways, the crust provides the perfect base for Ms. Lena’s pies. The fillings are just as tantalizing. Like the crust, the fillings are made from scratch and come in a slew of flavors – from chocolate to sour apple.
Ms. Lena’s sells fried pies, too, and they’re just as popular as the traditional pies.

Unlike the traditional pies, though, the fried pies are only available seasonally.
There’s no denying that Ms. Lena’s is a must-visit; however, there are a few things to keep in mind before making the trek to the small town sweet shop.
