And while those sandwiches are delicious and full of flavor, it’s the world-famous Keo Klassic sandwich that is to die for. This smoked turkey creation might just be the best sandwich in Arkansas.
Welcome to Charlotte's Eats and Sweets, a charming bake shop located inside an old pharmacy in the tiny town of Keo Arkansas.
Open from Tuesday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., this delightful shop serves some of the best sandwiches in the state.
When you step inside, you’ll feel like you’ve arrived at grandma’s house. This unassuming shop is filled with trinkets and memorabilia as well as articles of many accolades.
Since 1993, Charlotte has been serving sandwiches, burgers, shakes, cakes, and the world-renowned homemade pies.

And yes, the pies are truly among the best you’ll have in Arkansas. In fact, the coconut cream was named as a top pie by the readers of Southern Living Magazine.
My goodness, Miss Charlotte deserves a darn award for that creation. All sandwiches are served with chips, pickle spare, and homemade garlic olives. YUM!!!
