I am a nature lover and self-proclaimed foodie wrapped in one package. In my previous life, I was an Accountant, but numbers were boring and writing is the only thing that fuels my soul. So, I write because it's my freedom...it brings me joy. When I'm not writing dope articles for OnlyInYourState, I am writing and editing articles for my online blog on Medium.com. Or, when I get the chance, I am off on a trip with my family chasing waterfalls, or simply exploring the great outdoors. My mantra is to always find the best part of every day and bask in it.
When you travel off-the-beaten-path in the Natural State, chances are, you’ll discover hidden gems along the way. From secret forests to majestic rock formations, to rustic restaurants, and more, you’ll find these treasures tucked inside our charming small towns. And these towns are usually perfect for a delightful, day trip adventure in Arkansas. That’s especially true for the town of Leslie, which is nestled inside the Boston Mountains of the Ozarks. There you’ll find lesser-known natural areas as well as the most charming restaurants around. Gas up the car and let’s venture on a fun day trip to this pleasant town to experience all that it has to offer.
