Though Daniella was born in New York and has lived in a couple of other states, Mississippi has been her home for more than 30 years. After graduating from the University of Southern Mississippi, Daniella began to hone her writing skills through various internships. Talk about a blast from the past! Spudnut Shoppe opened in the 1940s and has barely changed since. And why would it?! It’s known far and wide for its signature potato flour-based donuts, which many refer to as the best donuts in all of Arkansas.
