There are a few spots in Arkansas that you never forget. You can drive by them one time and you’ll remember them always. One of those spots is the Mammoth Orange Cafe in Redfield. It was built in 1966 and inspired by a giant orange restaurant out in California. Of course the iconic look of the Mammoth Orange is part of the draw, but what really keeps folks coming back again and again is the absolutely delicious food.
The Mammoth Orange is impossible to miss if you’re driving Highway 365 through Redfield. There isn’t anything like it, and it will definitely draw your attention. Its most prominent feature is literally a very large, very orange, very orange-shaped object.
This distinctive cafe has been around since the 1960s and it has remained virtually unchanged for 50 years, right down to those stools lining the window.
Folks absolutely love the burgers and shakes at the Mammoth Orange. Their menu is also totally full of diner favorites, all freshly made and ready to impress you. They have a rotating list of hearty daily specials that range from barbecue to catfish to hamburger steaks.
The Mammoth Orange is one of the most iconic places in the Natural State. The exterior of the cafe is exceptionally unique. And the inside is full of charm, good food, and friendly faces. You'll never forget your visit there, as this little diner is completely unforgettable.
