2. Wilson Park
You can reign over a small castle at Wilson Park in Fayetteville. The castle was designed and built by artist, which perhaps accounts for some of the charm. Wilson Park is full of hidden wonder, the perfect little city park to explore for an afternoon.

3. Blue Spring Heritage Center
Blue Spring has to have the coolest looking lagoon in the Natural State. The large, blue pool looks like just about the perfect place to find a mystical woman handing out swords. The heritage center there is full of beautiful cultivated gardens and bluff shelters and you can learn all about the religious significance to local Native Americans.

4. Seven Hollows Trail
The geological wonders along Seven Hollows Trail are sure to make you feel like you’re exploring another realm. From the turtle rocks to rock shelters and natural arches, nature has carved some wonders into the rock along the 6.1 mile trail.

5. Savoy Tea Company
If you want to treat yourself a fancy tea party, you can’t do better than Savoy. With locations in Fayetteville, Rogers, and Fort Smith, you’ll find mores kinds of tea than you though possible, all served in tea pots that range from Victorian dainty to sleek and modern.
6. Quigley’s Castle
When it comes to fairy tales, there’s nothing better than a castle, right? Quigley’s Castle is a decades-long work of art, made by the late Mrs. Elise Quigley. Arkansas’s most unusual castle is full of plants and sculpture, and an enchanting time is practically guaranteed.

7. Emerald Park
This North Little Rock park is 135 acres of wonder, right on the Arkansas River. The scenic views make the park a kingdom all its own, with gorgeous cliffs lining the river and making for a perfect backdrop for your outdoor adventure.

8. Enchanted Treehouse Cottages

9. The Old Mill
Though the Old Mill wasn’t actually built until 1933, it certainly has an 1800s look. It was designed by a sculptor, modeled after an old gristmill. The park surrounding the Old Mill is a wonderland all its own, the perfect place for imagining you’re exploring a fairy land.
