We’re firm believers that brunch is the most important fourth meal of the day. And we’re certainly fans of any shop that offers brunchy munchies for the whole day, at that! This niche eatery is a treasured treat in Bentonville and it’s easy to see why. Crepes Paulette has a crepe for every craving occasion! Let’s get a little taste of this crepe array:
Crepes Paulette has been apart of the NWA food scene for over a decade.
The creperie began in 2010 as a little food truck in Bentonville Square. Now, crepe cravers can enjoy Crepes Paulette inside their brick-and-mortar restaurant or at their seasonal food truck!
A large part of Crepes Paulette's success is from their authentic French style.
The eatery was created by Arkansas native Paula Jo Chitty Henry and her French husband Frédéric Henry. They've built a loyal following from their delightful mixture of traditional French crepes and modern flair. You can have a taste of this best of both worlds with their naturally gluten-free, organic buckwheat crepes!

The Sweet Crepe menu is just the beginning of your cravings tour! Over on the savory side of things are creations like the La Super Paulette. It's a mixture of feta, spinach, fried onions, and egg wrapped in the buckwheat crepe. Work off the Savory menu and into the Spicy or Greens menus on your next visit, too!
You could even venture into the Sweet and Savory menu!
You can drool over the whole menu on Crepes Paulette's website or follow their Facebook Page. Please note that they've had to adapt to keep everyone safe during the pandemic. The dining room is currently closed but crepes can still be enjoyed on the go or on their outdoor patio.
