She loves exploring the trails around the Buffalo National River and has yet to find a waterfall that wasn't her favorite.
We have trails for backpackers, mountain bikers, and rock climbers; however, not everyone needs a thrill-seeking hike every time they plan a trip. Whether this is your first waterfall hike or your hundredth, Triple Falls can be enjoyed by all.
This ridiculously easy hike quickly rewards you with 2-3 beautifully flowing waterfalls. Let’s bring the whole family to this gorgeous area.
Please note, this trail is no longer open to the public.
The best part of today's hike is that the drive will be the hardest part of the journey.
As far as drives go it's not that bad either. It is steep and narrow but it can be managed without 4-wheel drive. Use this map for directions to Camp Orr.
This area is perfect for first-time waterfall chasers.
After you've accomplished the drive, the trail is a short and sweet walk from the parking lot. The .3-mile trek is doable for babywearers, supervised toddlers, or just anyone that likes to see a beautiful waterfall.
The falls are just under 50-ft. tall. Technically this waterfall is called Twin Falls but after a good rain it's dubbed Triple Falls. Regardless of flow, it's pretty darn gorgeous!
