A cheese-lover’s paradise has recently opened in the Natural State. Sweet Freedom Cheese is Arkansas’ first and only cut-to-order cheese shop. This savory store offers classes, a dining room, catering, and just about every international and local cheese you could ever want. Sweet Freedom Cheese recently opened in the Market earlier this fall. You'll find it at 801 SE 8th St., Ste. 1, Bentonville, AR 72712.
Sweet Freedom Cheese is Arkansas' first and only independently-owned as well as full-service cut-to-order cheese shop. It's also part of the American Cheese Society, which encourages only the highest standards of cheesemaking. Founder, Jessica Keahey, is even the 2018 scholarship recipient for the American Cheese Society Certified Cheese Professional exam.
