As local travel experts, we know what travelers are looking for when it comes to finding the perfect accommodations for their next trip. To compile our lists, we scour the internet to find properties with excellent ratings and reviews, desirable amenities, nearby attractions, and that something special that makes a destination worthy of traveling for.
Where else would you find a castle in Arkansas than at Eureka Springs? The town is well-known for its eclectic style and unique attractions so there’s really no better home for Stonehaven Castle. This enchanting lodging will whisk you away to far far land (about 10 minutes outside of town) filled with splendors. Let’s hear the tale of this magical place.
Eureka Springs has endless options for a weekend getaway but this castle is a real dream come true.
Stonehaven Castle is a magnificent retreat sitting on 52 acres of (probably enchanted) forest in Eureka Springs. The castle can sleep up to 13 guests which makes it perfect for events or an unbelievably romantic escape.
Address: 1 Stonehaven Lane, Eureka Springs, AR 72631
If the exterior didn't drop your jaw to the floor, the first look inside sure will.
Every detail will catch your eye but the three-story stone turret is definitely our favorite feature. Not only is the turret a work of art on its own, it actually contains an art gallery too!
Stroll around the flowers or plan for a night of s'mores around the fire pit. Even the simplest of activities carry an air of decadence at this royal backyard.
The stained glass windows and vaulted ceilings will have you feeling like a million bucks as soon as you walk in the room. The king-sized bed and deep Jacuzzi tub certainly add to the royal aesthetic as well. The other three bedrooms each have their own charm and cozy amenities so no one will like the odd-out jester.
This magical place is more than just a fairy tale.
Stonehaven Castle's Facebook Page sums it up perfectly, "Don't settle for another rusty dusty cabin or cottage; Become your family's hero and book your castle today!" Nights start at $219, which means all 13 guests can stay for under $20/person! You can book your stay right here.
