The 100-elk herd was originally reintroduced to the area in the early 1980s. Since then the herd has grown to over 300. The elk will be near 4699 AR-43, Ponca, AR 72670.

You'll also just be ten minutes away from the historic Ozark Cafe.
It's one of the oldest restaurants in Arkansas. It was established in 1909 and still have the best burgers around. It's located at 107 E Court St., Jasper, AR 72641.
