In addition to the stunning vistas along the way, this route also takes you to the beautiful Bull Shoals area.
After heading north and passing Mountain Home (which has plenty of fun stops from trails to wineries), the route turns to Bull Shoals Dam. Be aware that camping and fishing around the lake and the White River is nearly irresistible.
This scenic loop will take you through the lower district of the Buffalo National River, near the Buffalo Point Campground. You could stay a night or two along the river or just stop for dessert with a view at the Buffalo Point Restaurant.
Push Mountain Road is such an inspiring trip regardless of how long you take to complete the loop.
This is one drive that you'll definitely want to take more than once! For more information on this route and other scenic drives in the state we highly recommend following the Arkansas Motorcycling Facebook Page.
