There’s no doubt that Arkansas is the best state to call home. We have plenty of privileges here in the Natural State that other states simply don’t have, bless their hearts. Let’s look at some of the places and things that set Arkansans apart from their fellow Americans.
It really doesn't matter which direction you head, Arkansas is filled with natural beauty. We are the Natural State, after all.

Arkansas is the only place in the world that features a "keep what you find" diamond digging site. Crater of Diamonds State Park may the most unique park in the state, but it certainly isn't the only one worth visiting.

Arkansas summers are no joke but one of the sweeter sides to all that sweltering heat is the chance to have the best fresh tomatoes in the nation. No matter if they're picked from the vine on your back patio or rounded up from your favorite farmers market, Arkansas' heirloom tomatoes are second to none.
We may know Arkansas is the best state but that doesn't mean we look down on those who haven't realized it yet. Arkansans are some of the friendliest folks you'll find. No matter if it's a passing wave to a fellow driver or genuinely asking, "How y'all doin'," we'll make anyone feel right at home.

One of the best things about reaching your next Arkansas destination is the drive to get there. No matter if you're taking the Pig Trail by motorcycle or just cruising down one of the scenic highways, Arkansas roads (and back roads) have some of the prettiest scenery in the world.
Arkansans understand the importance of preservation, which is why most of our museums include walking trails to the featured sites. Learning from a textbook is fine but taking in the sheer size of ancient Native American mounds or walking through Judge Parker's gallows is so much better.
The cities and towns in Arkansas nearly all have the uncanny ability to feel like a small town. Maybe it's all the local businesses lining the main streets or just the welcoming charm of the residents. Regardless, Arkansans can feel right at home no matter where they're visiting.

Arkansans don't need to travel far to reach the top of the world. Signal Hill at Mount Magazine is the highest point in the state (and the U.S. Interior Highlands) at 2,753 feet above sea level.
Sure, Arkansas has some quirky stereotypes but us Arkansans know that any outsider that tries to make a joke at our expense just doesn't get how wonderful our state is. We'll shake our heads, bless their heart, and continue sipping our sweet iced tea in the best state of the U.S.
