The city of Eureka Springs firmly believes in “go big or go home.” Instead of one-day events or a small parade around the square, this particular city takes a month to celebrate. This coming month will be Eureka Springs’ May Festival of the Arts. Let’s see what all festivities are planned for this over-the-top celebration.
The 31st Annual May Festival of the Arts will kick off with the ArtRageous Parade.
The world premiere of Willo Mancifoot the Musical will be showing from May 5th-6th. Concerts will be featuring the Ozarks Chorale Spring Concert (May 12th) and Jonathan Byrd and The Pickup Cowboy (19th). And a myriad of musicians will be playing during the Music Park Yard Bomb on May 12th.

The creation of the Harmon Park Art Trail will begin with a chance to watch famous muralist, Doug Myerscough, in action.
The Second Saturday Gallery Stroll will be on May 12th and the National Photography Contest Exhibit will be on the 13th. May 18th will be the 28th Annual White Street Studio Walk. This walk is a tour through local artists' homes to see their creations.
The bridge will have a fresh flower market which will be the perfect gift for all your favorite moms. You can also tie flowers to the bridge for a donation to the Eureka Springs School of the Arts. This portion of the celebrations will take place May 11th-13th. May 13th will also be the Annual Mother's Day Concert featuring John Two-Hawks, it's free for all moms!
Mother's Day also coincides with the 3rd Annual Nuits Rosé Eureka Springs Wine Fest.
It's a chance for artists to paint historic downtown buildings as means of preservation. Prizes will be given to the best paintings. This portion of events will take place from May 21-24th.
It's hard to believe but these are just some of the events happening.
