We Arkansans know there’s more to the state than Hawksbill Crag or Hemmed-In Hollow Falls. Just because you’ve seen the popular spots does not mean you’ve seen all the beauty Arkansas has to offer. Take a hike with us as we lead you to an unbelievably beautiful spot that’s off the beaten path.

We'll start outside of Jasper, on Highway 7.

After four more miles you'll reach what's locally known as Hudson Mountain Road (it's marked FR-1204B).

Hudson Shelter falls is a triple-tiered waterfall.

The cave is about 75-ft deep and pretty wide.

The middle falls is the what will catch your eye, it's 20-ft.

Walking behind the falls will make this little hike off the beaten path totally worth it.
Although it’s technically a bushwhack trail, the hike is short and fairly easy. For more detailed directions, visit this site.
