Hawghead Comics in Fort Smith is one of those stores! Inside this small but super comic book shop, you’ll find wall-to-wall comics, endless cards to sift through, and all the supplies needed for a tabletop game night. If you're a bit of a nerd and live around Fort Smith then you should already be familiar with Hawghead Comics.
Hawghead Comics has been a Fort Smith gaming staple for nearly 30 years! Mike established his store back in 1993 and has been open ever since. It's one of the state's oldest brick-and-mortar comic shops to be owned by the same person.
What began as a shared love of comics between the owner and his son turned into a multi-decade collection of comics and games.
The store is stuffed tighter than Magic: The Gathering fat pack! Inside you'll find plenty of comics to thumb through, trading card games, and supplies. Under normal, non-pandemic, conditions the shop also hosts pre-release parties and card tournaments.

There's plenty of gold to discover within the boxes of comics.
Hawghead has over 50,000 comic books that are all categorized and alphabetized. Kindle your nostalgia with original Marvel and DC comics or find something new!

In addition to the thousands of boxed comics, Hawghead also has trading cards! There's over 100,000 Magic: The Gathering cards sorted by sets into binders and in the case. The store also carries other card games like Pokemon and Yugioh.
