It’s hard to be sad when you live in the most beautiful state in the south, heck, in the whole U.S. One town in particular has achieved ranks in “The Happiest Place in the Natural State,” and we wanted to see what’s their secret. It’s all smiles as we tour and learn about the small town of White Hall.
After an analysis conducted by Zippia: The Career Expert, White Hall was deemed in the top 10 of happiest places in the state. They're #1 based on population. The analysis was based off of home owners and married adults; however, White Hall has some impressive stats in other categories as well.
We'll begin our learning journey at the White Hall Museum.
Citizens of White Hall make nearly $20,000 more than the average Arkansan. This may be related to the 6% higher average of high school graduates compared to the whole state.

White Hall has a large fall festival, Founder's Day, in October.
We mentioned the high school graduation rate but White Hall also outshines the state in number of citizens with an associates degree as well as a doctorate degree.
You're bound to meet some friendly folks at the city park.
Citizens outrank the state in overall healthiness and have a lower average of people who feel bad about themselves (yes that's actually one of the statistical categories). So not only do the stats back up White Hall's happy rating, the residents will gladly tell you about their contentment.
Seeing the community center in action gives a good idea of why White Hall is such a happy place.
This is a town where everyone can come together to continuously improve the city. The City of White Hall prides itself on being a "Quality of Life" community.
Anyone from White Hall should give a congratulatory high-five to their nearest friend for being the happiest little place in the state!
