The smoker is homemade and big enough to handle a full crew of hungry motorcyclist cruising from Bull Shoals. The wood-burning smoker makes the meat ridiculously juicy and tender. Although a sauce slathering isn't necessary, a drizzle doesn't hurt. The tabletop selection of sauces are all tasty but they do keep the hot stuff (made with ghost peppers) at the register.
After you've filled up on barbecue and had dessert, feel free to sit and spin a yarn outside.
