After the recent death of Corporal Bill Cooper of the Sebastian County Sheriff’s Department, amazing things happened in Fort Smith and its surrounding area. The community, full of love, mourned with local law enforcement. Folks held events to benefit local officers, left flowers and cards in front of the Sebastian County Sheriff’s Department, and came out in force for his heartbreaking funeral.
2. You’ve watched so many storms from your front porch you sometimes wonder how you haven’t been sucked into the sky or struck by lightning yet.
