She loves exploring the trails around the Buffalo National River and has yet to find a waterfall that wasn't her favorite.
We do enjoy short and sweet hikes but sometimes taking the time to tread along a remote trail is the perfect way to spend the day. One hike that is well worth the effort is hidden away in the Ouachita National Forest. Tackling this trail will lead you to not one but eight different mountains. Let’s pack the hiking poles and take on this extraordinary adventure.
If you’re more of a park-and-we’re-here type of hiker, don’t hesitate to try these low-key trails instead. Or, if you’d rather big the kids along too, try these family-friendly hikes.
