Sometimes trying to express why you love where you live can be tough. There are so many different possibilities and many of those can seem incredibly personal to each individual. See, even this guy in December in the Grand Canyon and the tourist behind him don't need to look like ticks ready to pop. Some years in the northern part of the state may see heavy snow, but it's often considered a treat instead of an expectation.
