Nothing says fall quite like a trip to Apple Annie’s Orchard in Arizona – especially on the weekends when they offer a scrumptious pancake breakfast. Fluffy buttermilk pancakes are topped with stewed apples and homemade cider syrup for a seasonal treat you’ll crave year after year.
Apple Annie's Orchard is one of the most quintessential fall destinations in Arizona. After all, what could be better than pumpkin and apple picking, a corn maze, hayrides, and festive treats galore all in one place?
Speaking of treats, the orchard offers an apple pancake breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays from mid-September through October that promises to sweeten up your harvest season.
Freshly made buttermilk pancakes are topped with stewed apples and cider syrup and served alongside local sausage links. You can choose between 3 and 5 pancakes (or 2 for kids ages 12 and under.)
The on-site restaurant also serves lunch in the form of juicy, 1/3-pound Applewood smoked beef burgers as well as hot dogs. Kick things up a notch by adding homegrown green chilies (available seasonally) for a buck, or add a slice of apple pie à la mode for just $4 more!
...and Apple Annie's famous apple cider donuts! You can watch them being made right before your eyes, first deep-fried, then rolled in a delicious cinnamon sugar coating.
Apple Annie's holds their annual apple festival in mid-September each year, but you can still indulge in all the aforementioned treats throughout October. Make this fall your most decadent one yet!
