We all wish we could change our name and move to a tropical island sometimes, but that isn’t the most realistic way to combat stress. Luckily, there’s a great way to clear your head and escape the daily grind right here in Arizona: the Japanese Friendship Garden of Phoenix. This lush oasis in the desert is full of vibrant flowers, colorful Koi fish, and calming energy that promises to leave you feeling relaxed and ready to take on the day.
Admission to the garden is $10 for adults, $8 for seniors 62 and up, and $7 for students and military. Children six and under get in free.
