Outside of work, you can likely find her curled up on with a hot cup of coffee, practicing yoga, baking, or exploring the beautiful Lone Star State (in particular, the vast and mystical West Texas desert).
We Arizonans know food quality trumps atmosphere 10/10 times, and Adriana’s Mexican Restaurant is the perfect example of that sentiment. This family-owned restaurant is the epitome of unsuspecting, but it serves up some of the most mouthwatering Mexican food in the state.
Nestled on a Cottonwood street corner, Adriana's is a hidden gem if we've ever seen one.
The definition of unassuming based on the exterior alone, this family-owned eatery focuses all of its attention on the highest-quality Mexican food around.
Inside is a similar situation; largely no-frills sprinkled with little pops of color in the form of sombreros, papel picado, and other traditional Mexican symbols.
What will stick with you much longer than the decor is the service -- rumor has it, Adriana remembers the orders of all her regulars (right down to their preferred beverage)!

Start your meal off with some chips and homemade salsa that packs the perfect amount of punch.
Whether you like fajitas, carne asada, enchiladas, or something else entirely, rest assured it's on the menu (and even if it isn't, Adriana and her staff are known for being ridiculously accommodating).
Make sure to order one of their famous margaritas to complement your dish!
Burritos larger than your hand are stuffed full of whatever your heart desires, smothered in cheese and sauce, then served alongside salad, rice, and beans.
