Summer wouldn’t be quite the same without camping, and it doesn’t get much better than White Tank Mountain Regional Park. Spanning 30,000 acres of majestic desert landscape, this bucket list destination features a family campground with 40 spots. Check it out:
Spanning almost 30,000 acres, White Tank Mountain Regional Park is the largest park of its kind in Maricopa County. Its family campground features 40 individual sites, accessible to both tent and RV campers.
All of the campsites are developed and include water and electrical hookups, a dump station, picnic table, and barbecue fire ring. RVs up to 45 feet are allowed.
With the park itself just steps away, campers can enjoy a variety of scenic hiking trails. Varying in length and difficulty, there's a little something for everyone.
Little pockets of water are interspersed throughout the landscape, a stark contrast to the craggy rocks that define the area. These deep blue oases are such welcome sights along your journey!
